The first person to take down, preferably with an arrow, should be the man nearest to you. In this room, you can once again take out the enemies as you wish, but the following is the suggested way. Proceed to the next area and trigger a cutscene. Use this to kill the two men on the other side of the glass. In there you'll find your first firearm: a revolver. From there, you'll be able to zipline to a different area that's been cut off due to the explosion. Take out the mercenaries as you see fit before heading to the top.
You'll reach the entrance of the Soviet base where a fire has broken out. Use objects like bottles to draw people out of groups for easier stealth kills. It's best to take a stealthy approach to this section, especially to conserve ammunition on higher difficulties.
Make your way down to the forest via the zipline and proceed through the forest. If you're having trouble tracking something down, don't forget to revisit the tombs. There is a lot to do here - from fighting wolves to looking for some well-hidden items some of which are underground.
